Delta's strength in power electronics and extensive knowledge in control technology has made us a leader in the industrial controls marketplace. Beginning with the design and manufacture of variable speed AC motor drives in 1995, Delta today offers a wide range of products for industrial applications. Our products include AC motor drives, servo drives and motors, temperature controllers, programmable logic controllers, human machine interface modules, optical encoders, and communication converter modules.

Delta's AC motor drives range from 25W to 220KW with superior microprocessor based digital control, and high frequency pulse width modulation for smooth motor operation. With an extensive array of software control functions and a complete set of hardware options, Delta provides a complete solution for OEMs and end-users. Sensorless vector, flux vector and other technologies are employed in a broad range of products. All offer high torque and smooth operation with low harmonic distortion.

Servo drives and motors provide high-speed and high-precision motion control for a wide range of industrial applications. Delta's new servo drives use optical encoders for superior resolution in machine applications where high stiffness is needed to reject high torque disturbances. To meet demanding customer applications, Delta's servo drives employ innovative Robust Control technology designed to maximize motor performance without the need to spend hours tuning the drive.

Temperature controllers are used to control numerous industrial processes where precise heating or cooling control is required. Controllers come in various sizes from 1/16 DIN, and feature auto-tuning and 0.3% accuracy. To facilitate communication among the different protocols found in industry, Delta has developed a series of communication converter modules.

Programmable logic controllers (PLC) are used to control automation processes. Delta PLCs are offered in both nano- and micro-class products. The PLCs high performance and extensive I/O units represent a high-value solution for machine control and industrial automation. With DeviceNet and Profibus communication modules, Delta PLC products are among the most flexible product lines in the industry.

Delta's new human machine interface (HMI) products offer fast and convenient control of manufacturing automation through a user-friendly graphical interface. Products feature rapid downloads and uploads, user-defined graphics libraries, a powerful ARM-based CPU, and flexible user-defined protocols.

AC Motor Drives
With modern power electronic and the latest microprocessor technology available, AC Motor Drive is able to vary output frequency and control motor speed, so as to improve mechanical automation and save energies. Taking advantage of nucleus electronic technology it grasps, Delta's VFD series of AC Motor Drive has developed rapidly. At present, it has been well established in industry automation. Each series of products is designed to meet customers' various needs, such as the AC Motor Drive's operating speed range, operating torque range, power loss and even the operator's operating procedure. What's more, it is modified according to different mechanical characteristics. It not only provides customers with a full range of choices and is widely used in industry automation control field.

Programmable Logic Controllers
Delta's DVP series high-speed, stable and highly reliable PLC's are applied in various automation machines. Besides its fast logic operations, abundant instructions, various extension cards and cost-effectiveness, DVP series PLC's support many communication protocols, seamlessly integrating the industrial automation control system as a whole.

Industrial Communication Module
Delta's IFD series industrial communication module is stable and high quality, built-in with signal short-circuited and transient overvoltage protection. Besides multiple installation methods, its excellent signal processing and isolation ensure correct data transmission.

Temperature Controllers
Delta's DT series temperature controller has fast output response, accurate PID parameter auto-tuning, support Modbus communication protocol and is built-in with various output types, allowing different systems to reach a stable control status very quickly. Besides, all series are complied with international installation dimension and CE, UL international safety approvals.

CTA Timer/Counter/Tachometer
CTA Timer/Counter/Tachometer features easy and handy parameter settings and tuning and are certified by international standards CE and UL.

Human Machine Interfaces
Delta DOP series Human Machine Interface provides various touch screens with multiple dimensions and colors and it also offers fast and convenient control functions for industrial automation machines. Moreover, programming the whole DOP series is done using the Delta Windows-based and user-friendly Screen Editor software. By using this software, the user can quickly edit images and graphs and set suitable communication protocol through Macro command.

Rotary Optical Encoder
Delta ROE series provides precise positioning and speed sensor function. Major applications include main hoist of crane (crane control), CNC tooling machine, elevator, conveyer, textile machine, and storage equipment, etc. industry related machine. Also, it can also be built inside of many kinds of servo motors, brushless DC motor (BLDC) and induction servo motors, and converts rotary motion or position to electronic pulse numbers for phase change, speed and position detection.

AC Servo Drive systems
Delta servo system is an omnibearing integrated servo system which is based on Delta's strength in industrial and electronic technology and developed for different customers' requirements of various application machine tools. All ASDA series servo drives are provided with a superior digital signal processor (DSP) which represents a high-speed performance of the control circuit loop. Besides, the other features of Delta ASDA series, including gain tuning, smooth motor operation and software analysis / monitor function, also provide high-speed and high-precision motion control for a wide range of industrial automation applications.

Terminal Panel
Delta Terminal Panel is known for its simple operation and control function. The whole series support various communication protocols. It has the advantages of light weight, cost-effective price and good flexibility in use, which can help the user to quickly control the system and improve working efficiency.
